“ The lady who was there at the time of my visit was very nice and very patient with helping me choose which desserts I wanted to try. The food was delicious ”
“ 4 stars for the menu items not always available, vibe and service. Other that that, you exactly get what is expected! Delicious made to order pies and mouth watering falafel! ”
“ Wife & I went here last week for dinner. We were blown away by the flavors. We received excellent service and we were new to the menu and had everything explained. I always like to ask the servers for their recommendations. The guy helping us said he likes the Kafka (I wanted meat). So that's what hat I got and it was amazing! We tried the cheese and Zaatar and it was impressive with an amazing nutty oil flavor. Great for a non-meat selection ( soon to be a Lenten favorite) ”
“ Tried this place last night. It was soooo good! I had the cheese and zaatar. It was delicious! My husband had the kafta, and he loved it. The service was great. The man working there helped us figure out what we wanted since we hadn't been there before. His recommendations were perfect! We plan to visit often! ”
“ Now that's a fresh bread and a scrumptious pizza! I had two kinds of pizza today and they are similar to/ or maybe just like the Lebanese pizzas (sign says Mediterranean) which I enjoyed for $8 a pie that's roughly 9". The lady at the cash resister could not have been nicer, she was so sweet and seemingly happy to share the cuisine. Great customer service and they take Apple/Tap payments. For the freshness of the food, fair pricing and customer service this is worth a stop in. ”
“ First off the address needs to be corrected, it seems they moved recently, the new address is 2590 W pioneer parkway. Moving on to what matters, the food. Been eating here on and off for the last 2 years and if you're like me from Lebanon and crave the familiarity and comfort of foods that remind you of home it's a great place to eat at. I've tried the cheese, zaatar, keshek, pizza, spinach and lahm bi ajeen and they're all good. They even sell the yogurt drinks (ayran). A couple of times the dough had been a bit on the dry side but honestly I don't even care cause I can't find anything close to these in the area. ”
“ Housed in a former fro-yo place on Park Row in Arlington, Mana'eesh would be very easy to miss if you weren't looking for it. But, what a pleasure our visit was. Mana'eesh is actually a type of Lebanese food composed of a flatbread prepared in a certain way and topped with a variety of spices, meats, and/or cheeses. I had to fight the urge to compare it to pizza, though it's nothing like it except that it's toppings on cooked dough. It's easy to forget that Italian pizza originates from an area of the Med that is merely 2500 miles from Lebanon with hops in between of Turkey and Greece. Yet each of these places has developed distinctive cuisines with many similar ingredients. I'm such a food nerd! We tried the Meat and Cheese & Pesto options. The meat one had a potent flavor reminiscent of other meats I've tasted in Mediterranean dishes, but distinctive. The Cheese & pesto were split in half across the bread and is meant to be folded so they meet for eating. Both were yummy and awesome. We also tried falafels which may be the best I've ever had. Texture and thickness of the crispy outer shell was perfect. The inside was doughy and warm with a robust spice mixture. I dipped in the tahini sauce provided and enjoyed every bite. The room is classic hole-in-the-wall, which adds to the experience. Some unusual imported soft drinks are available in a cooler in front. We tried a few of them and enjoyed the different flavors. The staff person who helped us was informative and enthusiastic about the food. She helped us figure out what to try and stayed nearby for questions we had. Overall a top-notch local international food adventure I will definitely repeat! ”
“ Really affordable, and the people were really nice! They sell Mediterranean style flatbreads and certain dessert that has to be pre order first. I got the kafta (meat, onion, parsley) which reminds me of a Vietnamese meat I also got the sojok with eggs. I really like the meat on that one. My favorite of them all has to be msakhan rolls! It was full of flavor with a hint of lime or lemon. Definitely coming back again for them ! ”
